Use this page to request deletion of some or all of your personal data without deleting your Live Mela account. If you want to close the account entirely, use the account deletion page instead.
How to request data deletion
- Email support@livemela.co.in.
- Use the subject line: Live Mela data deletion request.
- Include your registered phone number (with country code) and clearly list the data you want removed (for example: profile photo, display name, optional email, city, or other profile fields).
- We verify the request and respond within 30 days.
What can be deleted
- Optional profile details (name, photo, email, city, and similar fields)
- Other personal data you ask us to remove, where technically feasible
What we may keep
Even after a partial deletion request, we may retain:
- Data needed to keep your account working (for example phone number used for sign-in), unless you also request full account deletion
- Transaction / payment records — up to about 7 years where required by law
- Coupon redemption logs — up to about 2 years
- Anonymised / aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
